Really good to know that you were able to condense it down to those two key points - I think that&#039;s probably a good &#039;health check&#039; for a talk - if you can&#039;t sum it up in a couple of main points, then you&#039;re probably trying to say too much...]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[That reminds of the time I was closing a talk, and the previous speaker ran over by 20 minutes, leaving me five instead of the planned 25.

I also sat with growing panic as my time-slot slipped away. In the end I got rid of all my slides and boiled my talk down to two important points I wanted to make.

I knew I couldn&#039;t keep my audience when there were filled glasses of wine waiting to be drunk directly behind them.]]></description>
